Saratoga 4339L is Ann Arbor Flyers' top level aircraft. This 6 place plane is driven by a 300 horsepower Lycoming engine with an adjustable speed prop. It has a useful load of 655 lbs when fully loaded with fuel (107 gallons). With 102 useable gallons, a range of 5 1/2 hours is possible with a 45 minute fuel reserve at 75% power, burning 16 gallons per hour. An indicated airspeed of 141 knots is achieved at this power level (@ 4000 feet).
